DBM Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial Services is a second-generation family business that has kept Inland Empire buildings spotless since 1987.
DBM stands for Davenport Building Maintenance. Our founder, David Davenport Sr., started the company in 1987 in Lake Elsinore with a single construction clean-up account and a simple promise: show up, do it right, and treat every building like it matters. In 2003, Davencorp, Inc. was formed as the parent company, and the business has grown into one of the region’s most dependable commercial cleaning teams.
Nearly four decades later, DBM is still family-owned, a proud Black-owned business, and still built on that same promise. We run nightly and weekly janitorial programs for offices, medical suites, warehouses, restaurants, schools, churches, and wineries across Riverside County and North San Diego County. We are commercial only, and we earn our reputation one dependable shift at a time.
